Lodgestory provides WhatsApp based AI platform and customer relationship management tools. The service includes:

• WhatsApp account access and management
• AI-powered chatbot
• Data management and analytics
• Integration with third-party tools and services
• Team collaboration tools

3. User Account and Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are due in advance on a Monthly, Quarterly or Annualy basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. As Lodgestory integrates with third-party services, including the WhatsApp Business API, you acknowledge that data transmitted through or processed by such third-party services may be subject to the security practices, policies, and limitations of those services, which may differ from those of Lodgestory. You agree that Lodgestory is not responsible for the security, processing, or handling of data by third-party services, including any limitations in encryption or data protection mechanisms, and you assume all risks associated with such integrations

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lodgestory and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lodgestory be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any third-party services integrated with the Service, such as the WhatsApp Business API. You acknowledge and agree that data transmitted through or processed by third-party services may be subject to the security and operational policies of those services, over which Lodgestory has no control. Lodgestory shall not be responsible for any interruptions, data loss, or differences in data protection standards, including those related to encryption or security measures, arising from the use of such third-party services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Lodgestory integrates with third-party services, such as the WhatsApp Business API, to provide enhanced functionality. You acknowledge that data transmitted through or processed by these third-party services is subject to their respective terms, policies, and security practices, which may differ from those of Lodgestory. By using our Service, you agree to assume all risks associated with such integrations, including any variations in data handling, processing, or security measures, and Lodgestory shall not be liable for any issues, interruptions, or losses arising from the use of third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

US - These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

India - These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
