Ably
Real-time push notifications powered by Ably's global infrastructure. Sub-100ms delivery, 99.999% uptime, and unlimited scale.
What is the Ably integration?
Ably is a real-time messaging infrastructure platform used by companies like HubSpot, Toyota, and Bloomberg. Lodgestory's Ably integration powers push notifications for web and mobile apps with guaranteed delivery, sub-100ms latency, and 99.999% uptime.
How it works
Lodgestory uses Ably's pub/sub infrastructure to deliver push notifications to web browsers and mobile apps. When a notification is triggered (by agent, bot, or automation), Ably routes it to the recipient's device in real-time with delivery confirmation.
Key Features
Web Push
Send browser push notifications to users even when they're not on your site. Supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Mobile Push
Deliver push notifications to iOS and Android apps via APNs and FCM through Ably's unified API.
Delivery Tracking
Track notification delivery, open rates, and click-through rates in real-time analytics dashboards.
Fallback Channels
If push notification fails, automatically fall back to SMS or Email to ensure delivery.
