Setup Steps

Install the App
Go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify and click 'Connect'. Authorise Lodgestory in your Shopify admin.

Select which order events (placed, shipped, delivered, refunded) trigger WhatsApp or SMS notifications.

Set Up Cart Recovery
Enable abandoned cart recovery and configure the message delay (1 hour, 4 hours, or 24 hours).
